The Edison is a modern hybrid housing development designed for students and young professionals on the edge of the University of Nevada campus. This LEED Gold-certified, 232-unit project offers primarily studio and one-bedroom units, balancing private living with vibrant communal spaces.

Shared amenities include a second-floor gym and lounge, along with two rooftop courtyards—one active with a spa, BBQs, and dining, the other a quiet garden retreat. The architecture reflects the area's shift from industrial to mixed-use living, embracing its surroundings and showcasing sweeping views of Reno and the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
